Reporting Sexual Misconduct

The University encourages anyone who experiences or learns about an incident of sexual misconduct to file a report immediately so the University can respond accordingly. You can file a report by going to the Reporting Sexual Misconduct Form.

Members of the University are strongly encouraged to report all forms of sexual misconduct to the University. They may notify the Title IX Coordinator who is responsible for receiving reports of sexual misconduct and and/or the staff indicated below have been are trained to help students and employees obtain needed resources, to explain reporting and complaint options, and to respond appropriately to reports of sexual misconduct.

All Suffolk employees (with the exception of those working in Counseling, Health and Wellness, or the Interfaith Center) are required to immediately inform the Title IX Coordinator of a report of sexual misconduct.
